Interdisciplinary Artist, Kyliedoscope, creates various forms of art inspired by the Creator of the heavens and the earth with themes of the Bible, nature, and spirituality.
Artist Statement
I am an interdisciplinary artist and environmentalist who specializes in pottery & ceramics, photography & videography, singing & music, jewelry making, painting, drawing, and writing. My artistic journey has evolved from a search for meaning through transcendental philosophy to a transformative encounter with Jesus Christ, guiding me to follow the Holy Spirit. Through my art, I aim to impact others by creating works that inspire reflection and deeper awareness of both spiritual and material worlds in a way that there is never just one main artistic focus, but a conglomeration of art mediums.
My goal is to create pieces that reflect biblical scriptures and prophecy, using each work as a vessel to communicate profound truths and inspire contemplation on faith and purpose. This process is deeply therapeutic—a way to recharge, reflect, and express the ineffable. I seek to break traditional molds, both literally and figuratively, by integrating unique perspectives and challenging conventional boundaries. Through my work, I hope to foster dialogue, encourage new ways of seeing, and provide a sense of clarity and connection that invites others to explore spiritual truths and the interconnectedness of our existence.
Why Kyliedoscope Kreations?
Kaleidoscopes symbolize the never ending possbilities and ever changing circumstances contained in the human experience. Kyliedoscope is a combination of the word "kaleidoscope" and my birth name, Kylie. Kyliedoscope Kreations is a proclamation that my art will forever be evolving throughout my own human experience with the guidance of the Holy Spirit.
My brand and my brand logo are inspired by Revelation 4:2-3 which describes worship in heaven. To me, creating is a form of worship, no matter what medium I select I do all things for the glory of God. "At once I was in the Spirit, and behold, a throne stood in heaven, with one seated on the throne. And he who sat there had the appearance of jasper and carnelian, and around the throne was a rainbow that had the appearance of an emerald."
Revelation 4: 2-3
